I would have given five stars, but the issue I originally brought the car in for, will require a return visit. Otherwise, the service was great!
The whole team was very professional. They gave us great trade in value plus 25% end of year incentive. In and out in less than two hours. What's not to love.
I was nervous about the transmission. Technician checked it out, drove it some miles and put my unease to rest. Came to pick up and although everyone was ready to leave, unlocked garage , office and computer and I was able to take possession. Although I know it was an inconvenience, all involved displayed only pleasurable willingness to accommodate me. THANKS!
Pleasant and customer-friendly associates. Very accommodating in scheduling last minute appointments for repairs. Associate was continuously informative throughout the assessment of vehicle repairs. No surprises upon completion of required work or costs which were provided prior to commencement of repairs.

Very very disappointed. I have a brand new 2017 GMC SIERRA DENALI ULTIMATE that I purchased 01/01/2017 with a borla exhaust. I had to bring it back in on 06/16/2017 because the exhaust was rattling. I was told that day, a new one would be ordered for my truck. I found out 3 weeks ago that it was never ordered and that would be reordered immediately. However, as of this post I still don't have the new exhaust and i am still riding around in a new truck that sounds HORRIBLE.
