My salesman, Larry Miller, didn't pull any tricks or tell any lies like some other dealers I visited. He also didn't harass me and gave me time to make my decision. Everyone there showed me nothing but kindness and gave me reasons to smile and joke with them. Got a good deal on the car and the warranty. Best car buying experience I've ever had!!!!
I wish that I can break up the stars. The salesmen were absolutely incredible. However the business center was very inefficient. I wish that the business office had the same professionalism and quick turn-around as the salesman. Very disappointed with the business office with their lack of follow-up and slow return on request.
I dropped my car off for my Thursday appointment and everything went great. Elise was an awesome help and she is very professional. She kept up communication with me and let me know about the process step by step. I enjoyed her customer service!
My car buying experience at the Brandywine CarMax was awesome. I got there, took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Then Ty, my wonderful salesperson had it washed up and ready for me to take home. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. That’s like unheard of. The customer service and the overall quality of service was awesome. I’d recommend the Brandywine location all day.
I had multiple issues resolved on a newly purchased vehicle. The appointment was easy to schedule and every staff member I interacted with was soooo! Nice. Unfortunately it is a rare experience to actually be treated with courtesy and respect in the area. From start to finish buying two cars and having repairs done it has been a refreshing experience. Even if I could get a better price somewhere else I might still buy from CarMax for the overall experience.
