The absolute worst customer service ever! Employees are disrespectful, careless attitude and I'd swear slow on purpose. 1) roll down gate was closed with a note saying at lunvh, reopen ar 1230...1245 finally reopened, line backed and didn't not bother to have 2 people to service customers. 2) next day 5 people stood in line wsiting for an employee, no one came to the counter, yelled to the back for help, employees finally answered up, had nerve to say that we should have rang bell, no s%^_, we did!!!!!!!! 3) lost my rent check, cwhat they put in p.o. box, it just vanished!!!!!!!! Sad part, have been in contact with postmaster, customer service advised this branch gets complaints of this nature, nothing new....have more examples, but this should give everyone the heads up, they suck!
I have had two packages marked as "delivered" and none of them have been delivered. I have called for two days and was told that they are "on the truck for delivery". Why are they marked delivered two days ago? No one knows? Waited another day, no packages but yet another package marked "Delivered" and not here. Now I get to try and track down three packages marked "delivered"... My review 7 months ago was 2 stars, down to 1 now because the office staff continues to be so unwilling to assist customers AT ALL!
These people are extremely rude and disrespectful, and apparently I was speaking to a supervisor. And the person I spoke with the week prior apparently was a supervisor as well.They lost my package and claimed they sent it back to the sender which is false. And they gave me the run around for 2 weeks with dumb excuses and I literally got no where and my package is lost. These people are idiots and need to be fired and replaced or retrained in there jobs or customer service. Idiots
Get to the post office. They only have one clerk. Just one that has gone to lunch. They can't even accept payment for an envelope. What type of business act like that?
