I used to love this theater. it is close to home; the screens are nice and big; and the seats are super comfortable. it used to be very well maintained; however, the last few times I've been there I was disgusted at how poorly maintained the lobby was. trash and food all over the floor and butter machines not working. the staff was also very inattentive. with long lines at concession, there were people behind the counter seemingly walking around doing nothing.
I'm disgusted with how dirty this place is. Immediately when you walk in, there is food on the floor and the bathroom is unstocked and toilets have urine on the seats. The theatre I went into looked like the staff did the bare minimum. There was food on the floor, the seats, stains from people's drinks on the chairs. Really?! Please do better. What's really interesting is that I see brooms and dustpans everywhere but left as though they are part of the furniture.
until I see or hear that it's improved I think I'll go to Bowie or Waugh Chapel instead. it's worth the drive.
The movie theater is nice, but customer service sucks. There's usually a long line. Popular movies usually sell out. If you want a good seat, show up about 45 minutes before the movie.
Great theater. Just hope people don't destroy it. Really love the comfortable seats and the community. $10.91 for adult and $7.95 for kids. $20.75 total after taxes.
