Was lucky and got a room with flat screen, though not all rooms have it.
As a regular traveller for electrical construction jobs, I've seen a lot worse than this place. It's no Taj Mahal, but it seems serviceable. Been here 2 weeks. Will probly hang around at least 2 more weeks and then look for a room to rent in the area.
My husband and i got in the room after a 5hour drive as soon as we opened tbe door it smelled really bad the cealling were full of spider webs the floor were not vacummed and the bathtub was full of hair we go to sleep and we saw wair tangled in the blankets so we went to sleep with anothet blanket 10 min later my husband was itching and left a big mark on his hand and we started to look on the bed and we didnt see anything so we went back to sleep 30 min later my husband woke up and saw a bedbug on my side we packed are stuff and left that filty room even the blanlets smelled like armpits we left ass soon as possible that place is trash all u see in the parkinglots is PROSTITUTS.
Make note, that they do not have non-smoking rooms. I have kept the fan on full-time and placed some air fresheners on the A/C unit and around the room. After 2 weeks it seems to be freshening up a bit..or I'm getting used to stale cigarette smell, (not completely sure which).
The room was very tired, but it's the cheapest place I could find on a budget, so I'm satisfied. Just about anywhere else, this would be a $250/wk motel but it's near DC so they charge more, because they can.
Yes, furniture is worn out. But I don't use it much. The carpets could definitely use a steam clean, just like every other Motel of this type.
The Cadillac Motel, or as I would like to call it, that awesome motel. The huge pile of dirt is an excellent piece to look at upon awakening and going out for a morning smoke. The aroma of the place is to die for, I could live there. The peeling paint and the mold gives the place a lot of character that chain motels just don't have. You won't find needles in your drawers at the comfort inn. The double murders and overdoses keep the place interesting enough to keep me coming back. The loud hum of the air conditioning is relaxing enough to put you to sleep. Even though you just pay for the rental rooms, you also get rental pets. The cute kitties running around the place are very friendly and are great if you are lonely. All of the neighbors are super friendly, including the maid and the owners. They are all super friendly. The large parking spots are great for parking your large vehicles and/or limo. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back soon.
It is what it is. I would probly stay here again since I pay for my lodging out of pocket without reimbursements.
My shower appears to be mold free. The faucets however are very worn out. It is hard to adjust them, and shockingly, cold water sprays from the cold handle, so I cover it with a rag while showering...problem solved?? ;)
If you are concerned about security. I would suggest asking for a room near the office.
I do agree with another reviewer that the daily arrests are quite entertaining. I do get the impression that they are trying to keep on top of the problem. I suspect that eventually they'll have the rif-raff cleaned out.
The A/C unit seems a bit weak, but it does cool the place off. I am more concerned about the lack of any seal around the main door as it gets colder outside.

Fortunately, I had cleaning supplies in my SUV. I was able to wipe down the fridge so it looks like new (on the inside) and it keeps stuff really cold. So I can't complain about that.
I would love to have given 5 stars to their somethings that need to be fix for Bathroom need 3 venilation .
