If it were possible, I'd give 0 stars. From the salesman who wasn't very interested in answering questions or talking except when I pointed out that value city had better prices and even Bob's furniture. This is supposed to be a discount furniture store you know, like you guys get the furniture that doesn't sell at the sister stores. The receptionist needs to either figure put if she wants to argue or please the customer because she was lost. The manager spent more time trying to find a loophole to not give me my money back as opposed to just giving me my money back because I didn't want to wait 8 weeks for 1 piece of a bed to come in. The sales rep promised no more than 2 weeks, possibly 3. Management should've respected my standpoint and refunded my money so that he could keep a potential customer and good word of mouth. He chose to argue and he lost. Will never go back, will never refer anyone, and I will warn everyone I know. Also, corporate is a joke as well. No response whatsoever for a month now.
On Wednesday (Nov 22, 2017) I entered the store and spoke with a gentleman behind the front counter (Mr. Greg Roberts). Although Mr. Roberts was rather busy at the time he stopped what he was doing to address my questions. I found him to be professional, very helpful and most importantly to me, very pleasant to speak with. He explained to me he was the District Manager and would present me to a salesperson should I wish to make a purchase. Mr. Roberts did not direct me to a salesperson, he came from behind the counter and personally sought one out (Mr. Stephen Brooks). Mr. Roberts and Mr. Brooks made my shopping experience worth returning and mentioning the establishment to friends and colleagues.
The pedestals were put on the table backwards, the furniture damaged, no one calls you back or answers the phones. You have to physically go to the store. I will dispute payment as I paid with my credit card. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Although the front desk ladies tried to be helpful within their limits.
Don't buy furniture from this company. Ive only had my sectional for 6 months and already its already been serviced twice and I'm about to call and have them pick it up to be fixed for a third time, I am so incredibly frustrated with this company and the entire situation. There's no reason why a brand new couch should keep breaking , especially when I'm not a heavy person and neither is my husband or son. GET IT TOGETHER REGENCY AND START MAKING QUALITY PRODUCTS !
Bad business practices. Plus furniture delivered with damages. Originally purchased 9/4/2017 and delivered 12/14/17.

We ordered a floor model sofa and love seat. During checkout we were ensured that they would be pulled from the floor until our delivery date. During delivery the guys were so impatient that my wall was damaged in bringing in the love seat. They didn't even bring in the sofa as it was so damaged that they were just taking it back.. Upon inspection of the love seat it was noted that there was damage but the crew had already left.. Called up customer service and was given an email for damages which were sent that day.. 2weeks later nothing.. no email or phone call.. so I call and they're apparently awaiting a new sofa, so i asked about the damaged love seat and they stated they would "look into it" another week with call backs and they said the service rep was willing to replace the pieces.. so i scheduled a pickup for the love seat with the delivery of both pieces the following week.. Long story short is over a month after first delivery I now have no sofa and no love seat and now they're no longer being supplied to the warehouse.. I was lied to and never told they weren't liable for any damages the delivery crews made during the process.. do not buy here.. please seek out other furniture stores.
