P A Bowen Farmstead is really amazing. The food products are a good value. And, you can trust that they’ve come from animals raised in the healthiest of conditions just as promised. The proprietor Sally Fallon, cares about the health of others and had been working hard over the years to educate everyone about the bad things in our day to day food supplies. The work these people do not only illustrates that real natural foods can heal, they are living proof that making a living as a small farmer is possible.
This is an actual working farm with an attached direct-to-consumer store. Prices are on the high side quality of the product is excellent. It will be a very nice addition if you are driving around in the countryside.
P.A. Bowen Farmstead is excellently raising grass-based livestock. The tour was an educational and rewarding experience. If you are conscientious about what you are feeding your family, trying to avoid hormones and antibiotics, then they have got you covered. They sell the highest quality meats by keeping their animals happy, showing the utmost respect for thier wellbeing.

I love this farm. It's the only farm in all of MD to sell raw milk for pets. I usually buy the grass fed butter, cream, and lard. Prices aren't cheap, but the quality is so good, I'd rather spend my money here, on hardworking people and their products than any other place. They have lots of animals too!
