Great customer service. Placed a special order that arrived quickly and reasonably priced. Next day I was in and our within an hour. A free system check was conducted with a list of suggested service items. Fluids were topped off for free.
Quick tire installation on all 4 tires, price was under what on line quote was. Service manager Michael was very efficient and helpful.
Everytime I do business here things are always more than what they seem. I was told I was getting a free brake inspection and I had the rear brakes and rotors replaced. Immediately after my car leaves the shop the front brakes start to squeak. When I returned my car and asked what kind of brake inspection did they do, I was told the mechanic could not duplicate the sounds and there was nothing wrong w/my car.
Made an appointment. Tires were ordered. Coming in Friday so I made appointment for Saturday. Come in hour early, wait an hour for my appointment and they pull the car back. After 23 minutes I was told the wrong size tires came in! They don’t even have tires to fit my car which is not a special. No shops in the area in MD nor VA but once again they can order. First time Tires Plus has let me down. And I’m trying to go out of town. I’m so blown.
I recently purchased Firestone Firehawk AS tires for my Hyundai Sonata. I had to replace my Kuhmo and Hancock tires due to air pressure issues. The Kuhmo tires were practicallt brand new but the tires weee on the car when I bought it last year. I found out that these tires on my car had those issues, plus treadwear issues and various other issues. Many people would end up getting other tires for replacement as I ended up doing. I went with the recommendation of Mike at Tires Plus and their price was cheaper that other in Waldorf. I was very pleased with the work and Jay the technician, and Scott who was attending to everything else I needed. I'll be back for my furture mechanical services.
